Our History

Kenny Developments commenced building their first homes in 1978 in Cork. After many years of developing houses, they expanding their operations to Galway, in which they became one of Galway’s oldest and most respected residential builders. Having built many of the existing housing developments in greater Galway city and county. Our portfolio comprises of mixed retail, residential/ commercial and large scale luxury student accommodation.
